Privacy Policy

The current NotGudEnuf website does not retain portraits, customer accounts, contact submissions, orders, or payment information.
Your portrait stays in your browser
When you choose a portrait in the Create Your Own Studio, the file is opened and processed in your browser. The portrait is not uploaded to NotGudEnuf, stored on a NotGudEnuf server, or added to a customer account.
The portrait remains in temporary page memory only while you use the Studio. Reloading or closing the page clears it from the application. If you download a finished preview, that copy is saved only to the device and location you choose.
Information NotGudEnuf does not currently collect
The current website does not provide customer accounts, contact forms, checkout, payment processing, or order storage. Accordingly, NotGudEnuf does not currently retain:
- Uploaded portraits or generated previews
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or mailing addresses
- Passwords, profiles, or account activity
- Orders, payment-card details, or purchase histories
Website delivery and security
This website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. Like other internet infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may automatically process ordinary technical information needed to deliver, secure, and measure the service. This can include an IP address, requested URL, browser or device information, request timing, and security signals.
NotGudEnuf does not use this technical information to identify visitors, build advertising profiles, or connect website activity to uploaded portraits. Cloudflare handles information under its own privacy policy.
Cookies, advertising, and sales of data
NotGudEnuf does not currently use customer accounts, advertising cookies, behavioral advertising, or third-party ad networks. NotGudEnuf does not sell or rent personal information.
Future services
Book sales, merchandise, contact tools, and other services are marked Coming Soon. This policy will be updated before any feature begins collecting or retaining customer information. A future checkout provider may also publish its own privacy terms.
Policy changes
If the website's data practices change, this page and its effective date will be updated so the current practices remain clear.
